About NorGeno Tech

NorGenoTech AS s a start-up company arose from the success of the EU FP6 project ‘COMICS’ in making improved high throughput methods for analysis of DNA damage and repair with the comet assay. Our main business is innovative products development, genotoxicity testing, expertise and consultancy.
We aim at becoming a leading comet technology player in Europe, carrying out laboratory services and providing modern equipment for high throughput diagnostic use and screening of chemicals, nutrients and drugs.
The founders of the company Gunnar Brunborg, Andrew Collins and Sergey Shaposhnikov are leading researchers in the field responsible for numerous innovations. Chris Brøvig is a business generalist involved in commercialisation of our inventions

ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE ONCOLOGY FIELD:
1. Genotoxicity testing of novel chemicals and drugs
2. Developing diagnostic tools for measuring DNA integrity in patients at the level of individual cells.
